I can’t remember the last time I had the flu. I recall being confined to my bed with the exception of the consistent trips I had to make to the bathroom. This, however, has not been the case. Last week I thought I just caught a cold. No, it’s not as bad as the stomach flu, but it’s much worst than your typical cold … and apparently it’s still a strain of influenza. I figured there had to be a way essential oils could make me feel better (that and some healing tea) so I put together this natural flu remedy and had me feeling better in no time. If the seasonal weather has brought unwanted pathogens to your door and you find yourself suffering from the flu, here’s a “Flu Bomb” that will exterminate them.
