According to Jonathan, I think I finally earned my trad wife badge. 💁🏼‍♀️This was a labor of love with almost a month of daily work feeding my sourdough starter and then two solid days in and out of the kitchen working with the dough for a natural rise, learning the art and terms like bulk fermentation to bench rest and scoring.
